No drinking water, No condiments Room will be sanitized and disinfect after each guest’s reservation. Please check out on time because we need to clean and prepare the room for the next guests. Please avoid delay in checking out. Please respect our official check in time (3PM). If you request earliest check in time, kindly please coordinate with the hosts for approval. Early check in request will be depending on the cleaner in charge. Please understand that we are cleaning several unit during cleaning time. Internet service interruptions are inevitable are beyond our control. These are the basic house rules to make sure future guests can have a pleasant stay. Please abide our policy guidelines 1. Proper swimsuit is required to use the pool. (Penalty of P500-P1500 will be charge) 7. Alteration request date-if the new date is 1 and 2 days prior to your check in date the additional fee will be requested. Any violation made by the guest and guest visitors should be responsible to pay directly to the admin. If not paid the amount based on the violation ticket will be requested. Authorization Letter: Shell Res. requires an authorization letter for all guests. After reservation please provide a copy of each guest. Authorization will be based on the number of reservations. Unregistered guest/VISITORS must be informed of us at least before arrival. Email regarding your visitor to the admin is required by the security. PLEASE NOTE that the total the guests including the visitor must be total of 4 pax. If the occupant or registered guest is already 4 pax it means you're not allowed to accept visitors. 2. Pool Access: • WHERE TO BUY POOL VOUCHER - At the Admin office. Admin is open Monday to Friday 5 pm, half day every Saturday and closed every Sunday. Operating day / hours: Tuesday - Sunday / 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM • Pre-registration is required at the assigned security guard • Bring your own towel • Wear appropriate swimming attire • Food and drinks is not allowed in the pool area • Only 2 authorized guests are allowed to swim at a time for each unit with corresponding fee of Php 150 / guest and Php 300 / guest on holiday • Dry yourself a
