1. Partying is not allowed. Please respect our neighbors in the building.
2. Please turn off the electric stove, lights, and aircon when leaving the unit to avoid unwanted incidents.
3. Please do not hang anything on the balcony railings and kindly throw the trash properly at the Garbage Room near the elevator to avoid building fines.
4. No smoking and no pets allowed as building policy.
*Please do take care of the property. Treat it as your own.

Self Check-in Instructions will provide days before your arrival
Check-out anytime before 11 AM
Please leave the key card in the hook beside the kitchen light switch at your time of check-out.
Please undergo security and health check in the lobby. Only the registered guest/s are allowed to enter to follow the existing protocol of the building.
So close to Greenbelt, Glorietta, SM Makati and Landmark. Ayala Makati is centrally located at Business Offices. All imaginable food choices within a few steps.
Near Grocery, Starbucks, Bread Talk, 7 Eleven, The Premier Samgyupsal , Tokyo Tokyo , Yellow Cab , Mcdo , KFC and other delicious restaurants.

The Property management office will require the following:
1. Government valid ID / Passport for Foreigners
2. Copy of Vaccination Card
All guests must submit requirements right after booking to process your admin pass with the PMO and to avoid any delay during check-in.
Air Residences public parking is now open
AMMENITIES:
Adult and Kiddie Pool is OPEN from 6 AM to 6 PM. (Except Monday)

*No diving and bringing of food
Guest Pay Php150/person to use the pool. 300php/person during holidays
