The Beacon is ideal for a staycation: Walking distance to Makati Square, Walter Mart supermarket,Little Tokyo,Don Bosco Church, and 10-15 minutes to Greenbelt by Ayala Malls. The Skyway entrance is just beside this condo building, and it takes 20-40 minutes to get to Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport. This building has Japanese and Chinese restaurants, as well as a coffee shop, a laundry shop. In the lobby of the building, there is a security guard on duty 24/7.
This minimalist nordic type studio unit is a place where you can relax with a scent of fresh bamboo and a view of city skyline. You can cook light meals, free use of kitchenwares, cookwares, utensils. We also provide Guest kits, towels, tissue.
Amenities at 6th floor:
1. Unli access to pool until 10 pm ( need to register at the lobby)
wearing of cotton and maong is not allowed
Note: No pool every Monday, its cleaning day
2. Sauna until 10 pm ( need to register at the lobby)
3. Gym 100/ day or 500 per month ( for tenants)
4. Jogging track
5. Lobby ( you can ask for wifi password)
6. Arnaiz Tower(Tower2) roofdeck- where you can find the skylounge at 48th floor, an IG worthy place, a totally must visit!

Beside Makati Central Square, Eurotel in front and 2 mins walk away from Waltermart Makati
1. Guest parking- This building has limited parking with rate of 20php per hour
(ask the guard to assist you regarding parking payment).
