1 Bedroom condo unit is fully furnished unit with 1 bathroom, a kitchen room, washer in the kitchen area , Smart TV, Wi-fi and 1 basement parking slot (with PAY). Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the country just right across NAIA Terminal 3 with access to various restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and nightlife.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, and utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with shower panel and has single point water heater with 2-4 bath towels.
There are 1 double bed with pull out bed and 1 sofabed that can accommodate 2-6 guests. We do not encourage having more than 6 guests.
Swimming pool is allowed for a maximum of 4 guests only. Every WEDNESDAY no access to swimming pool for maintenance purposes. Tennis court is available subject to advance reservations. Fitness Center at Pinecrest which is also free of charge during your stay but need to use the Montecito main gate to Pinecrest main gate.
I'm very responsible and hospitable host. I always accommodate as much as possible all guest request to make their stay memorable. My assistant will personally welcome all my guests and handover the keys and ensure that they are safe and comfortable during their stay.
The neighborhood is 24/7 safe and secure, with all points of interest just across the corner.
a)Without traffic and via taxi, the place is just 5-8minutes to NAIA 3, 21mins to NAIA Terminal 2 and 19mins to NAIA Terminal 1

> Easy to get a Taxi – dial button using unit intercom direct to Main gate of Montecito 5 just inform the security guard on duty that you are requesting for a taxi and mention your destination. Same main gate security guard will inform the other security guard in the lobby of Montecito 6.
> Local PUV (Public Utility Vehicle) Jeepneys. Just along Total gasoline station across NAIA Terminal 3
For smooth check-in, we have to ask the copy of your vaccine card or certificate to be able to apply your condo access.
Early check-in before 2pm and/or late check-out after 12noon has additional charge of Php200/hr. (Subject to unit availability)
