Our guests are entitled to use the entire unit. Guests may access the play area and outdoor garden for free.
- Only registered guests will be allowed entry. All guests must submit the names of all their companions for endorsement and registration purposes.
- POOL ACCESS. All guests will have access to the pool area from Monday-Wednesday, 7am to 9pm, for a fee of P200/pax to be paid to the property admin. On Thursdays, the pool is closed for maintenance. Weekends are strictly for residents & tenants only.
**NOTE: Guests must bring & wear proper swimming attire; Everyone is required to change to dry clothes after swimming before using the elevator and going to the common areas.
- PARKING is available within the building for P200-P300/night when rented from the residents.
