The place is situated at Uptown Parksuites Tower 1. It's a one bedroom unit with one Queen size bed, a 55" smart tv, and a cabinet. Outside the bed room is a floating wine rack with a dining table than can four people and a full kitchen good for cooking small meals.
We always host with a wide range of equipments; even the uncommon ones such as Hair Dryer, Portable Clothes Dryer, Clothes Steamer, Hangers, Air Fragrances, Can Openers, Bottle Openers, Egg Beaters, Rice Cookers, Microwave, Pans, Caseroles, Wine Glass, Pitcher, Hand Liquid Soap, Body Wash Soap, Shampoo, Dish Washing Detergent, Bidet, Hot Shower, Tissue Papers.
The condominium has a an out door playground and an indoor playground, a luxurious lobby, conference rooms, event halls, a spa, a gym, and a breezy swimming pool located at the 5th floor.
Parking in Landers (which is ground floor of Parksuites) is so expensive, pro tip is to park at Uptown Ritz / Nikkei, this is just beside Parksuites or in Uptown Mall. Parking will be roughly around 300-450 for a 24 hours parking.
To sum it up, the best thing about this condo are these three things.
1. Your room's ambiance.
2. Stroll outside, its just very festive and nice to hangout there early in the morning and late in the afternoon or at night.
3. The 5th floor outdoor pool. It's breezy and very relaxing. (*add fee, *pool is closed every Mondays for cleaning)

These are the main 1-2 minute walking distance destinations from your ground floor lobby.
Landers: Groceries, hair cut, pizza, coffee, bread.
Uptown Parade: Starbucks, Xylo Super Club, The Island Super Club, Din Tai Fung, Salt and Ice Bar, Wow Cow Hot Pot
Uptown Mall: More restaurants, more groceries, etc.
Mitsukoshi: Japanese branded mall.
3-10 minutes cab from these are:
Bonifacio High Street: More restaurants, bars, clubs, gyms, business district, etc.
Burgos Circle: More restaurants and bars.
Mckinley: BGC's copy of the Venice canal.

Pro Tip: The park has a very chill vibe especially in the late afternoon.

Parking:
The go to parking area is at the parking area of Nikkei. Its a pay parking of P50 for the first three hours and 20PHP every hour after three hours. The parking is usually has ample of vacancies.
The entrance of the parking area of Nikkei is on the 8th Avenue, just right after turning right from the 36th Street. You will see a small signage that says Nikkei Parking.
Another parking option is in Uptown Mall. Both parking area are 24 hours open.
