[The Space]
The place is situated at the 29th floor of Uptown Parksuites Tower 1. The lobby looks elegant, spacious, and safe. The swimming pool is located at the 5th floor. There are several viewing decks at the different floors of the condominium. Below the condominium is a big grocery market. Just beside the condo unit are everything from bars, to coffee shops, boba milk tea, food, malls, everything.
The unit itself is mostly made customized or even imported, except those items that are bought from SM Our Home and Furniture Republic. It is a 2BR condo unit, it comes with one Queen size bed, one bunk bed, a 50 inch smart TV, another 42 inch smart TV, and a sofa bed.
The dining area is design to fit four people only. The kitchen is built for light cooking (no heavy cooking please), it has an electric stove, a small rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, oven, complete dining utensils and kitchen utensils. The washer and dryer is placed near the kitchen area too.
The bathroom has hot and cold water.. We provide body soap and shampoo and bidet. Tissue is not meant for the bathroom, but we have tissue near the bed area.
[Other Details]
The condominium has a an out door playground, a luxurious lobby, and a breezy swimming pool located at the 5th floor.
To sum it up, the best thing about this condo are these three things.
1. Your room's ambiance.
2. Stroll outside, its just very festive and nice to hangout there early in the morning and late in the afternoon or at night.
3. The 5th floor outdoor pool. It's breezy and very relaxing. (*add fee, *pool access Tuesday to Friday only)
