It is composed of a fully equipped Beach and country club and eight mid-size residential buildings which is set around a tranquil lagoon. Hamilo Coast is the closest world-class beach resort community to Manila located in the municipality of Nasugbu, Batangas and takes only 90-minutes by car via Cavitex highway.
Our unit (55 sqm) is located at Myna B, 2nd Floor, Forest view, with balcony, 2-minute walk away from the beach and from the Country Club. It is clean and comes with complete amenities so that you will have a hassle free stay at Pico de Loro.
PLEASE BE REMINDED that there is also an ENTRANCE FEE (good for the duration of your stay and maximum of 7days for each registration) that will have to be paid upon registration and check-in. Amount of fees are detailed as follows:

Shops in Pico do not usually accept cash, so to settle your transactions at the restaurants and shops, you may opt to avail of their cash card. The cash card is a prepaid card which costs Php1,050 with a consumable amount of Php1,000. This card is valid for 1 year only and any amount unused cannot be refunded. You may avail of one card only for the whole group.
There are also many restaurants available around the resort. It also offers many activities as listed below. Rates for the activities vary depending on season. For more information regarding the rates of the activities, you may inquire at the Pico Beach and Country Club.
Our caretaker will be there to meet you upon check-in and check-out, I’m always available if theres any inquiries or concerns needed to be fixed.
