Hi! Feel at home in this shared accommodation. This is a residential building, close to everything. You will have your own room, and bathroom. Common area is shared with other guests, as well as kitchen. You will have a good view of the airport and the bay on the rooftop. P 3-5 Minutes from the airport via Car 5 minutes walk to bars 3 minutes to SM (via car) Close to hospital. This is a shared accommodation, near airport. Room is private with own toilet and bath. Shared space includes kitchen and small lounge. We are staying in the second floor. You can message me for more information. The space Close to airport. Like you can see the runway on the roof deck ( a bit noisy but not much). You can enjoy the sunset on the roof deck while viewing planes taking off and landing! Close to SM Puerto Princesa City ( 3 minutes by tricycle, 10 minutes on foot) Hospital is near as well ( 3 minutes by tricycle and 10 minutes on foot) Owner staying on the second floor. You can ask us for any concern. Note: no heater in the shower. Please turn off the A/C (Air condition) and other electric appliances when leaving the room and the place. The caretaker will turn if off of you leave it, and will not be responsible for any loses. This is to conserve electric usage as Palawan is currently under “shortage of power” aka power outage. Leave the key on the room when checking out.
