**Important Information Before Booking**
Kindly take note of the following:
- A security deposit of 2000 Pesos will be required upon check-in, refundable after check-out by 2 pm provided there is no damage to the unit.
-Check in is at 2pm; Check out is until 11am
- Pool access fee: 200 Pesos per person for half-day, 400 Pesos per person for the whole day. Children below 3ft in height can swim for free. Please note that on Tuesdays, the pool will be closed for maintenance.
- Complimentary parking is available outside the Main Gate. Open parking is at the owner's risk. Inside parking within the tower is available for a fee; it is advisable to book in advance, although availability is not guaranteed.
- Entry without a gate pass will not be permitted.
- This is a studio-type condo unit with a size of 27.08 square meters, including the balcony.
-Please minimize noise when outside the corridors and respect quiet hours.
-For elevators, please avoid playing with the buttons to avoid penalties from Azure.
