The space features a comfy Full Double Bed and a Double Pullout, air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and a functional kitchenette with essentials (fridge, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, and rice cooker). Step out onto the balcony and relax in comfort during your stay.

Guests have full access to the unit and all available condo amenities, including:

Please note: Pool access requires a fee of ₱200/shift (free for kids under 3ft).

• Morning shift: 7 AM – 12 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2 PM – 7 PM

• Maximum capacity: 4 guests
• Towels and basic toiletries provided
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No smoking inside the unit
• No pets allowed
• Pool access requires separate registration and payment at the club house desk
NOTE: A PHP 1,000 security deposit will be collected before check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out, provided there are no missing or damaged items caused by the guest.
