Our House is located at Camella Subdivision, Malvar, Santiago City.
My house is very well maintained by a trusted friend. It is good for couples, business travelers, families with kids and groups.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Once booked no other guest can access, its a detached house with own gate.

Our transient house offers exclusive access to a gated property with parking for 2 cars inside the gate and 2 outside. Amenities include:
- Wi-Fi and CCTV for safety
- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, eating utensils, single gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, and electric water heater
- Dining area with 4 seats
- Airconditioned Living room with a 32” TV, queen size sofa bed and sofa for 3 people
- Laundry area for hanging clothes
- 2 air-conditioned rooms accommodating up to 10 pax (additional pax allowed in the living room)
- One of the rooms has a balcony for outdoor relaxation
- Each room comes with:
- Clean and fresh linens
- Blankets
- Pillows
- Towels
- Clean toilet and bath (1 upstairs and one on the living room)

Guest access
The Whole House is exclusive to the Guest. Its a single House so we only have single booking for this place.
Notify us Ahead of time on your arrival time. Caretaker is 10minutes away from the Transient

Welcome to our home! We'd like to share some house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
Treat our place like your own - we'd appreciate it if you turned off the aircon when not in use or when leaving the room.
Please don't leave doors or windows open while the aircon is on to prevent condensation issues that can affect its lifespan.
We'll check that all TVs and electrical appliances are working before your check-in. Please inspect them upon arrival and let us know immediately if anything is not working or broken.
Occasional insects might appear, but rest assured our home is clean and well-maintained.
