We are nor responsible for any lost possessions. -Cooking is not allowed. -Please bring a government issued ID as it will be required by the receptionist upon check in. -Please conserve energy and water. Please turn off lights, appliances and faucets when not in use. -Any damage or loss shall be paid by the guest. We conduct an inspection before and upon checkout to determine any damage or loss. -Please prepare Php 1000 refundable security deposit upon check -in. -We charge 1000 for lost keys.
