- closed on Mondays & Thursdays for cleaning maintenance
- Free pool use
- swimming attire required.
- no food and drinks allowed.
- first come, first serve basis:
30 guests at a time.
Just need to register themselves at the administration office at the ground floor lobby.
Max. of 1 1/2 hr use per time slot.

11am - 12:30pm

3pm - 4:30pm
5pm - 6:30pm
7pm - 8:30pm

Parking with fee:
Monday - Thursday: P50 overnight(multiple entry)
Friday - Sunday/ Holidays: P50 per entry

Note: We recommend to park early during weekends especially during holidays.
Guests will be personally be given a set of unit keys by our staff upon arrival.
The keys are to be kept by the guest. Any key damaged or lost will be subject to a fine of P1000

•No VISITORS.
•Late check ins until 6pm. Later than 6pm pls advise (instructions for self check in will be given by our staff). Same check out time 12nn
•please inform us of your expected arrival time/early check out for us to allot travel time going to the condo.
•No pets.
•Please wash all kitchen and dining wares used before check out.
•Extra charge for extra linens, blankets and towels.
•After booking is confirmed please send 1 valid ID and list of companions.
•Alteration requests must be sent 1 month before check in date.
•Extra cleaning with charge(optional).P500
•For same day booking please advise at least 30mins in advance so i can inform our staff regarding your (URL HIDDEN)
•Payment is thru agoda only via credit card/debit card. No bank transfer.*
•To avoid fine by the admin office:
- No loud noise that will disturb other guests.
- No smoking inside the unit, balcony and inside the toilet.
- Do not hang anything on the balcony grill.
- Guests are not allowed to invite visitors due to security reasons.
- Always close the door.
- Do not leave garbage along the hallway.
- No cooking of smelly foods like dried fishes(tuyo) and the like.
-Avoid walking from the pool to the unit with wet swimwears.
There is a changing room allotted near the pool.
- NO VISITORS. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
-Must be fully vaccinated.
-NOTE: no refund in case denied of entry due to no vaccination cards.
