Check in and check out time is flexible, depends on the availability.
parking space (seperate rented) at the condo is free upon checkin till check out.
Our unit is located at the newly built Avida Serin West Tagaytay, a famous quick getaway spot from Manila. It is conveniently located in between Ayala Malls Serin and Fora Mall.
We are based in Manila however I am almost forever online so you can just message me anytime here and I’ll reply to your messages as soon as I can.
Your check-in will be handled by our caretaker. You would have to meet her at the lobby so she can guide you to your room.
Standard check-in times are between 3:00pm however you can message us in case the unit is available for early check-in. Late check in is allowed until 5:00pm

Standard check-out time is 12:00noon but sometimes we allowed late check-outs in case it’s available.
