The Nowhere Art & FarmStay is
Brand new property in beautiful local village area out of nowhere located in Saraphi district area.
The Nowhere is the place for take a break and escape from the city to stay quiet with yourself focus surround yourself with green and nature.
We manage this property as farmstay organic vegetable flowers for educated and experience, we have two queen beds, one sofa bed for guest and there friends or family (might not for kids because the owner is a boudoir & fineart photographer and she have her photos art decorate everywhere in the property).
You can just sitting and feel the nature or work remotely with high speed Free WiFi internet.
Our property is only one house in side fill in with two queen beds and one sofa bed, queen bed can sleep for two people incase you come with friend or family sofa bed will can sleep only one person.,
We allowed guests from different places can share room together during stay.
Outside the house we provided table chairs hammock refrigerator electric kettle glasses coffee cup.
Guest can order breakfast lunch and dinner and drink from The Nowhere Art Cafe restaurant.
We have parking that car motorbike and bicycle can park with no charge.
Garden or farm experience fee: 300 Thb.
Motorbike for rent fee: 100 Thb. per day.
Extra person stay ( friend or family) fee 550 Thb. per person include breakfast per night.
We will ask for 500 Thb. deposit when guest check in and will return it back at the check out date.

Guests can access only front gate from our property.
Horse track is next door.
Our farmhouse is sitting in very peaceful area in local village near city center in Chiang Mai.
Comfortable share beds with quality bed sheet.
Airconditioning.
Breakfast included like scrambled eggs on toast , eggs in croissant or oatmeal serve with tea or coffee.
Guests can get around the area by walk or jogging near by breath the air during sunrise and sunset time, very safe secure and beautiful local style.
We are not accepting exchange work in farm or kitchen works with free stay or free meals.
We allowed pet but guest need to keep them in safe area and not disturb other, we also have one cat here make sure if nothing harm your pet or our cat.
Do No use soup or shampoo to wash clothes, we could bring your clothes to laundry with no charge for transportation but will be laundry fee from laundry shop( every Monday only).
We can drive around incase guest want to take a trip tour around Chiang Mai, Fee is depend on location where you would like to go.
