The house has two floors. We offer a spacious private bedroom located on the second floor, containing 2 king-size beds, 2 sofa beds with 2 en-suite bathrooms, and a dining area (No kitchen). There is only one spacious private bedroom on the second floor. (One group of guests).

*** Guest ***
- The room rate is for adults aged 18 years and over.
- Children are not allowed. The property has stairs with No railings.

*** Free pick up***
- Pick-up service between 9.00 AM.- 7.00 PM. from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX), Arcade Bus Terminal, and Chiang Mai Railway Station.

*** Extra Service ***
- Early check-in since 11.00 AM. (subject to availability).
- Luggage service.
- Free street parking and private entrance.
- Filming movies, production, youtube, photoshoot, etc are not permitted unless agreed with the host before reservation.
