Delightful and bright corner studio apartment in the heart of Phuket. The condominium is fully serviced, built in 2014 with a 70m pool, fully equipped gym, club house and kids area. The place is located on the 5th floor offering mountain pool with lots of natural light. It has a queen sized bed and a small sofa bed (unfolded 125 x 140cm) suitable for a child as well as cable TV, fast speed internet, a fully equipped kitchenette, small balcony and a bathroom with shower. Laundry room is available on the 2nd floor at the same building providing washing machines and dryers. The studio features an open-plan layout that integrates living, dining, and sleeping area. It has a queen size bed and as well as a small sofa bed (125cm x 140cm) which fits a child. High speed internet and TV with international channels. The equipped kitchenette comes with fridge, freezer, kettle, glasses, cutlery and plates. Extra large Pool - 70 meters plus kids area Gym is located on the first floor near the pool Laundry on 2nd floor at the same building Free WiFi in common areas and in private free wifi at unit. Vending machine at the lobby with basic food and drinks. Parking is available on the street next to the condo. Please be mindful for designated parking areas. If you prefer parking on property a sticker for a parking spot can be purchased at the management office. There is a one time fee of 500THB for the entire stay. Please note there is only limited spots available and there is a chance parking lots are all taken some days. I will be happy to assist whenever needed to make your stay most enjoyable. Additionally the property has reception from 8am to 5pm daily and 24 hours security. Internet, water and common fees are included in the rental price. Electricity will have to be paid separately at 7 THB per unit (meter reading) at checkout. To give you an idea, the AC consumes a bit more than 1 unit (i.e. 7 THB) per hour. Help us to save energy and protect the environment, please use the AC only when needed. Thank you
