The breakfast is provided for 2 persons only. It is compulsory for additional guests to purchase breakfast meal vouchers upon check-in.
The resort provides land and boat transfer services. Please contact the hotel directly for these arrangements. Rates are as follows:

- One way land transfer from bus station or Kuala Terengganu Airport to Shah Bandar Jetty/Merang Jetty: MYR 20 per pax
- One way land transfer from Kampung Jetty to Berjaya Airport: MYR 25 per car
- One way boat transfer from Kampung Jetty to resort-RM35 per pax (minimum 2 pax)
- One way boat transfer from Shah Bandar Jetty/Merang Jetty to resort: MYR 55 per adult and MYR 35 per child
The room rates comes with breakfast for 2 persons only. If the guests staying room more than 2 persons, guest will have to pay breakfast charge of MYR 19 per adult and MYR 9.50 per child (4-10 years). Infant is free pf charge (4 years and under).
Tourist Tax will be charged directly at the property of MYR 10 per room per night.
From September 1st, 2017, as per Government of Malaysia requirements, hotel guests who are not Malaysian citizens or long-term/permanent residents of Malaysia will be levied a tourism tax of RM 10.00 per room per night stay. Please note these changes in tax structure will result in revised taxes being charged and will be payable additionally during check out.
