Our cabin is situated inside our family's estate. Phillip's Sanctuary and Pestano Farm are both inside our estate as well. Guests are welcome to go around the unrestricted areas of the estate /Sanctuary.

Located in Antipolo, Rizal. Experience a relaxing farm stay just about an hour away from the busy cities of Metro Manila.

There are no kitchen appliances and utensils in this cottage. You may bring your own cooked food, or raw ingredients in a cooler and use our griller to cook your food. For your ice and beverages, please bring a cooler as well. You may bring cooking materials such as pots that you may use in our griller.

Noy Pepe farm cafe is inside the Estate that offers Filipino /Intercon dishes
-This is open everyday, but please pre-order with us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Visit our farm animals such as our horse, ostriches, chickens, ducks, sheep, rabbits

Guests are able to access some facilities of Phillip's Sanctuary (subject to availability and covid protocols) including the ff:

Picnic Areas
Children's Playground

You will also pass by Little Baguio on the way to our farm.

Because of our remote location, our electric supply during the day fluctuates. Can only be used for lights + electric fan + charging of gadgets.

Bringing of electrical cooking devices are not allowed as power supply at the farm is limited.

There is an aircon unit in the cabin but use of aircon is not available because the camp has limited electricity, and it cannot supply the aircon use.

Extra fee and advance reservations required prior to booking (subject to availability):

Bonfire - P 800
ATV Rental - P 1,000 / ATV for 1.5 hrs minimum of 3 to avail
Team Building Packages with a game facilitator at Phillip’s Sanctuary - This can be discussed and arranged.

The price indicated ( P 1,800) is for 1 pax. For additional headcount, it is P 600/person up to 6 pax (including children). Please indicate your correct headcount upon booking to see the total amount.

We only allow 1 pet per cabin. Pet fee is P500.
