The loft home is located in a residential estate "MaladaMaz" in Hang Dong District with 24-hour security guards. You are only 10 minutes by car to the Chiang Mai International Airport and can reach the old city within 15 minutes. Slightly away from the old city and Chiang Mai Center, but only 7 minutes away for the dining and local shopping at Kad Farang Village (the perfect Boutique Lifestyle Mall with variety of stores & restaurants). The loft home is located in the city outskirts between Chiang Mai city center and the Doi Inthanon National Park (Thailand highest point). You can touch the nature and the rice fields by local people of Sanphakwahn subdistrict, Hang dong District. The house is very clean and comfortable, suitable for family and group of friends with their own transport (if not, then Uber & Grab taxi is available also private taxi to nearby province trip can manage)

A security deposit of THB 2000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
