Freycinet Cottage – Unit 2 is the larger two-bedroom unit in what was formerly known as ‘Jessie’s Cottage’. With nearby access to shop, post office, café and Richardson’s Beach. Take in the fantastic views across Coles Bay from your balcony. This semidetached unit will sleep 4 guests with a queen master bedroom and twin singles in the 2nd room. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family and has room for a small boat.

Wineglass Bay, Cape Tourville and Honeymoon Bay are close by in the Freycinet National Park. Local activities including kayaking, quad bike, sea cruises and scenic flights are available in Coles Bay. Relax and enjoy the picturesque beauty of the Freycinet Peninsula from this Freycinet Cottage unit.
A wood fire heater will keep you warm during winter (the fireplace can be used from May until end of September only).
When booking this cottage you are booking the whole cottage. It is not a shared space, however it is joined to another cottage. It is private with a completely separate entrance.
We leave you in privacy to enjoy your stay, we are just a phone call away if you need any information or assistance.
This cottage is conveniently located just a 1 minute walk from shops, café, ice creamery, jetty and beaches. Situated right opposite the waterfront.
You will need a vehicle to get here and to venture out to see the sights. There is no public transport here or taxis.
Covid safety changes to note prior to your arrival:
Due to Covid safety, we have been advised to remove provisions and amenities that cannot be easily sanitised and to not proceed in sanitising food container & beverage container items. This includes items such as salt & pepper containers and cooking oil. Cardboard items such as al foil, cling wrap, paper towels and tissues etc have been removed for now.
Wherever we can, we have switched to individually portioned items such as dish power, washing power, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper sachets.
All items are complimentary, and not included in the tariff, and are provided free of charge by the owner of the property.
We do hope this is only a temporary measure and we can get back to our usual procedures at some stage soon, however we are following strict Covid safe regulations and guidelines, including having an in depth Covid safety plan and enhanced and adequate cleaning procedures.
We have also removed the compendiums and have an online version for guests, we send this to guests in an email and there is also a QR code at the property to access this information on your own device.
These changes are in place to keep guests safe, and it is vital that we do everything possible to ensure guests remain as safe as possible while staying in any of Freycinet Holiday Houses properties.
