Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay here at a newly-built 4-bedroom scandinavian beach villa located in an exclusive community at Seafront Residences, San Juan Batangas which is just 2.5 hour-drive from Manila.

Welcome to our villa! Here's a breakdown of our accommodations:

- Single Bed with an extra single floor mattress
- Bedroom 4 (Suitable for Senior and PWD members):
- Located downstairs

Our villa comfortably accommodates 10 to 14 guests, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire villa, garden leading to the beach and clubhouse.
The clubhouse has an adult and kiddie pool with a jacuzzi. It also has a children’s play area beside the kiddie pool.
Free beach access anytime until 7:00 pm.
8 registered adult guests are free to use the clubhouse pool. In excess thereof, corresponding fees will be collected.
Adult: PhP 150/1 whole day use of pool.
Children(4-10 years old): PhP 100/1 whole day use of pool.

Check-in: 1:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
Swimming pool operation:
WEDNESDAY- Closed for maintenance.
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Beach is available for use anytime until 6pm. Swimmable gray sand beach though there could be waves at times depending on the weather.
Please bring your own towel. We provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Pets are allowed but please be mindful of your fur babies. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
